How do I book an appointment?

How many sessions will I need?

Some patients we see just the once, others may require more than one session. The number of sessions will be discussed in your initial appointment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

You may have to remove some clothing so the physiotherapist can assess you properly. A shirt or vest is a good idea along with a pair of shorts.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on site free of charge.

Is there disabled access?

Yes. There is level access to the building and a lift along with disabled toilets.

What happens at my first appointment?

At your first appointment you will tell us what you're are struggling with. From this we will complete a comprehensive examination to help diagnose the problem. You will also recieve your treatment during the session followed by a individualised home management plan.

Do I need to see my GP or doctor first to get a referral?

Not If you are paying for your treatment. If we have any concerns, we are able to write to your GP with your consent.

How do I pay?

You can pay cash on the day or bank transfer.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel call us or text us.

Are all your Physiotherapists qualified?

Yes. All Physiotherapists are chartered having gaining their BSc (Hons) degrees. They are all members of the Health Care Professionals Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes. Feel free to bring a family member or friend.

How quickly after an injury should I have an appointment?

Ideally as soon as possible so we can guide you through the recovery phase.

Why go private when I can get NHS physiotherapy?
